1. General
divoindia.com is owned and operated by Divö India, a consumer electronics brand selling dash cameras and accessories directly to customers. These terms govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you accept these terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law, and are a resident of India. If you are placing an order on behalf of another person or a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the entity agrees to be bound by these terms.
Divö India reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if eligibility conditions are not met.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
Promotional, launch, and festive pricing is available for limited periods and may be withdrawn or changed without notice. All product images are for illustrative purposes and minor variations in appearance may occur. Divö India makes every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate but does not warrant that all descriptions, specifications, or other content on the website are completely error-free.
Pricing errors
In the event that a product is incorrectly priced on our website due to a typographical error or technical fault, Divö India reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. In such cases a full refund will be processed to the original payment method and the customer will be notified promptly.
4. Orders and payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected product at the listed price. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
All transactions are processed securely through our third party payment gateway. Divö India does not store your card or banking information at any point.
Out of stock and cancellation by Divö
If a product is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed and payment collected, we will notify you within 48 hours and process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds in such cases will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
5. Discount codes and promotional offers
Discount codes and promotional offers issued by Divö India are subject to the following conditions unless stated otherwise. Each code is valid for a single use per customer. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be resold, combined with other offers, or applied retroactively to orders already placed. Divö India reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to misuse a discount code may result in the cancellation of the associated order.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched and delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders above Rs.3,990 within serviceable locations in India. Orders below this threshold may attract a shipping charge which will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon confirmed delivery.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 88502 95631 or email support@divoindia.com with your order number and tracking details. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate. Resolution timelines may vary depending on courier verification and operational circumstances.
7. Returns and refunds policy
Eligible Divö products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, subject to inspection and approval.
To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 88502 95631 or email support@divoindia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Returned products must be in their original condition and must include all accessories, cables, mounts, manuals, and original packaging. Products showing signs of physical damage, misuse, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for return at our discretion.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Bank processing times may add 2 to 3 additional days.
Memory cards are not eligible for return due to data security and storage integrity reasons.
8. Exchanges
Exchange requests for a different Divö model may be accommodated within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability, inspection approval, and return eligibility conditions. Any applicable price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the model you would like to exchange to.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 88502 95631. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the standard return process applies. If you refuse delivery of a dispatched order without prior approval, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
10. Warranty — Divö Care
Every Divö purchase includes 12 months of Divö Care warranty coverage, worth Rs.1,990, included free. Coverage begins one day after your confirmed delivery date and applies automatically without any registration or activation required.
Divö Care Plus extends your coverage to 18 months total for Rs.990 and can be purchased at divoindia.com/divo-care within the first 12 months of ownership.
What Divö Care covers
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, free repair or replacement at our sole discretion using new or refurbished parts, and coverage across all serviceable pin codes in India. Cameras are covered for 12 months from confirmed delivery date. Accessories including car charger, memory cards, USB cables, rear camera wiring, and the Hardwire Kit are covered for 6 months. Mounts and adhesives are covered for 6 months. Cosmetic components including plastic, rubber, and silicone parts are not covered.
What is not covered
Physical damage from drops, mishandling, or accidents, exposure to liquids or water damage, electrical damage from power surges or incorrect installation, burnt circuits or internal damage from improper use, unauthorised repairs or modifications by anyone other than Divö authorised personnel, use of non-Divö accessories, damage from natural events including floods and lightning, normal wear and tear, and use outside the guidelines in the product manual. Claims submitted without a valid order number and product barcode will not be processed.
How to make a claim
Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 88502 95631 or email support@divoindia.com with your order number, the barcode from your product box, and a short video showing the issue. We respond within 4 hours and resolve within 7 days. One claim is permitted per order number. Within 7 days of delivery you may choose a refund or replacement. After 7 days, Divö Care provides replacement only and not a refund.
11. Installation disclaimer
Divö India strongly recommends professional installation for all dash cameras, particularly for the Hardwire Kit which involves connection to the vehicle's electrical system. Divö India is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle, its electrical system, or the product itself arising from incorrect installation, improper use, or failure to follow the installation instructions provided. Damage resulting from incorrect installation is not covered under Divö Care.
12. Product compatibility disclaimer
Divö cameras are designed to be compatible with the vast majority of passenger vehicles sold in India. However, compatibility with specific vehicle models is the responsibility of the customer to verify prior to purchase. Divö India is not responsible for incompatibility issues arising from incorrect product selection. Please use our Smart Selector at divoindia.com/smart-selector or contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about compatibility.
Note: The D20 and D20R are not compatible with the Mahindra Thar and Jeep due to windshield angle and mounting limitations on these vehicles.
13. Dashcam usage and legal responsibility
Dash cameras record video and audio of public roads and surroundings. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of a Divö dashcam complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including laws relating to audio recording, data privacy, and evidence admissibility. Divö India accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of our products. The admissibility of dashcam footage in legal or insurance proceedings is subject to applicable laws and is outside the control of Divö India.
14. Intellectual property
All content on divoindia.com including the Divö brand name, logo, product names, images, text, and design is the property of Divö India and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in India. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial or public purposes without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
15. User-submitted content
If you submit footage, reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content to us through our website, WhatsApp, or social media platforms, you grant Divö India a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across any medium. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. Divö India reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any submitted content that violates applicable law, community standards, or our brand values, without notice or obligation to the submitter.
16. Prohibited use
You agree not to use divoindia.com for any of the following purposes:
- Placing fraudulent, false, or speculative orders.
- Using automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from our website.
- Impersonating Divö India or any of its representatives.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the functioning of our website.
- Submitting false or misleading information in connection with an order, warranty claim, or return.
Divö India reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any user found to be in violation of these conditions.
17. Electronic records and communications
By using divoindia.com and placing an order with us, you consent to receiving communications from Divö India electronically via email and WhatsApp. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
18. Limitation of liability
Divö India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of footage, loss of revenue, or any other loss even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divö India and its founders, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of our website or products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
20. Force majeure
Divö India shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, strikes, government actions, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or courier network failures. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to fulfil our obligations as soon as practicable.

Who we are
Divö India sells dash cameras and accessories directly to customers in India through divoindia.com. References to "we", "us", or "Divö" mean Divö India. References to "you" mean anyone who visits our website, places an order, or contacts us in any way.
What we collect and why
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and payment confirmation. We use this to process your order, deliver your product, send tracking updates, and handle support and warranty queries. When you visit our website, standard analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we retain those conversations to provide support. We do not store your card or banking details as all payments are processed through secure third party gateways.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to your purchase or support experience without your explicit consent.
Who we share your data with
We share your information only where necessary to fulfil your order and deliver support. This includes our logistics partner for delivery, our payment gateway for transactions, and our customer support tools. All third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and are required to handle your data responsibly.
WhatsApp communications
If you contact us on WhatsApp or opt into our broadcast communications, your number is used only for order updates, warranty reminders, and relevant Divö communications. You can opt out at any time by messaging us directly and we will remove you promptly.

How long we keep your data
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, honour your warranty, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Once these purposes are met your data is deleted or anonymised.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccurate information, request deletion of your data where legally permissible, and withdraw consent for processing at any time. 22. Dispute resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or any transaction on divoindia.com, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
23. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these terms entirely. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
24. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
