5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

6. Warranty

All dashcams and accessories sold by Divö come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated).
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Use of MyDivö App

The MyDivö App is provided to enhance dashcam functionality.
Users must comply with all applicable traffic and privacy laws when using the app and dashcam.
Divö is not responsible for misuse of recorded footage or data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Divö is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Responsibility for safe installation and usage of dashcams lies with the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and text, is the property of Divö.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law
