Every DIVÖ purchase comes with DIVÖ Care included free for 12 months, giving you access to real human support, reliable assistance, and a resolution first approach that genuinely means something.
Standard DIVÖ Care Coverage
All DIVÖ dash cameras include a complimentary 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
At DIVÖ's sole discretion, eligible products may be:
- Repaired using new or refurbished components
- Replaced with a new or refurbished product of equivalent performance and condition
Coverage includes:
- Support across serviceable pin codes in India
- Free return shipping for eligible approved warranty claims
DIVÖ reserves the right to inspect, diagnose, and verify all claims before approving repair or replacement.
Optional Extended Coverage
Customers may purchase an additional 6-month extended DIVÖ Care plan during checkout.
This extends total warranty coverage to 18 months from the original date of purchase.
Extended coverage is non-refundable, non-transferable, and applicable only to the original purchased device. Extended warranty applies only to the front and rear camera and does not apply to accessories.
Accessory Coverage
The following accessories carry a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects only:
- Car charger
- USB cables
- Rear camera wiring
- Hardwire kit
- Mounts and adhesives
The following are not covered:
Cosmetic components including plastic, rubber, silicone, coatings, scratches, discoloration, or aesthetic wear and tear, memory cards. Memory cards are not eligible for return due to data security and storage integrity reasons.
What's Not Covered
DIVÖ Care does not apply in the following cases:
- Physical damage, accidental drops, mishandling, negligence, or improper usage
- Exposure to liquids, water damage, moisture, humidity, or corrosion
- Electrical damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or incorrect installation
- Burnt circuits, motherboard damage, overheating, or internal damage caused by improper usage
- Damage caused by vehicle battery issues or extreme heat exposure
- Unauthorized repairs, tampering, dismantling, or firmware modifications
- Use of non-DIVÖ accessories, chargers, cables, or third-party components
- Damage caused by natural events or force majeure situations
- Normal wear and tear including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
- Usage outside operational guidelines mentioned in the user manual
- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or barcodes
- Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase or warranty verification
How to Make a Claim
Step 1 — Contact Us
Reach out via WhatsApp or email support@divoindia.com. Share your order number and describe the issue.
Step 2 — Share Order Details
Provide your order number and product barcode number (located on the box).
Step 3 — Send a Short Video
A quick video helps us diagnose the issue instantly and avoid delays.
Step 4 — Resolution
Once approved, your issue will be resolved. If replacement is required, we ship immediately with tracking. If fixable, we guide you step-by-step. We do not close tickets without a confirmed resolution.
Claim Conditions
Not covered under claims:
- Improper installation or misuse
- Water or cosmetic damage
- Claims after warranty expiry
- Missing order number or barcode
One Claim per Order
Each order is eligible for one replacement claim under DIVÖ Care. Additional support requests are reviewed case-by-case.
