Return Policy

At Divö, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return if:

    • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

    • You received the wrong product.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used dashcams or accessories with visible damage not caused during shipping.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).

  • Memory cards once opened/used.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@divo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and share return instructions.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection of your return.


4. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped after the returned product passes inspection.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • To request an exchange, email us at support@divo.com with your order details.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the product was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged, Divö will cover return shipping costs.

  • Shipping cost is not refunded if the return is a mistake of the buyer.

  • For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.
