The Mobile App
What is the viidure app?
viidure is the companion app that connects to your Divö camera over WiFi. It gives you live camera preview, remote recording control, file download, and full settings management from your phone. It is free to download and the core features are free to use. From the app, you can preview your live camera feed, start and stop recording remotely, download footage to your phone, adjust settings, and browse your recordings, all for free. In select cameras, you can also unlock GPS function for a fee through the app.
Where do I download the viidure app?
On iOS, search for 'Viidure APP' on the App Store. On Android, search for 'Viidure-DashcamViewer APP' on Google Play.
What is the default WiFi password for the camera?
The default WiFi password for connecting your phone to your Divö camera is 12345678. You can change this in the app settings once you are connected.
The app is not connecting to my camera. What should I do?
First, make sure your phone is connected to your Divö camera's WiFi network, not your home WiFi or mobile data. Your camera creates its own hotspot that will appear in your phone's WiFi list. Once you are connected to the camera's network, open the app and tap Connect. If the connection still fails, restart both the camera and the app. If the issue persists, message us on WhatsApp at +91 88502 95631 and we will walk you through it.
Can I use the physical buttons on the camera when the app is connected?
When the app is connected to your camera, the physical buttons are temporarily disabled to prevent conflicting inputs. Simply disconnect the app to use the physical buttons again.
What is viidure VIP?
viidure VIP is an optional paid subscription within the viidure app that unlocks advanced features including AI video editing, 3D map overlay, GPS trip tracking, Google Drive backup, and licence plate recognition. It is a viidure subscription, not a Divö subscription. The free version covers everything most drivers need on a daily basis.
Memory Cards and Storage
What memory card does my Divö camera need?
All Divö cameras use a standard microSD card. We recommend a Divö high-endurance memory card or at minimum a Class 10, U3, V30-rated card from a reputable brand. Standard memory cards are not designed for the continuous write cycles of dashcam recording and may fail prematurely, which is the last thing you want when you need the footage most.
What capacity memory card should I get?
For most daily commuters, a 64GB card provides around 8 hours of Full HD recording in loop mode, which is more than sufficient. For 4K recording on the D30, D30R, or D40R, consider 128GB or above. If you plan to use extended parking mode or take long drives, 256GB gives you the most headroom without having to think about it.
Do I need to format the memory card before first use?
Yes, and this is important. Format your memory card in the camera itself before first use, not on your computer. Use the format option in the camera settings menu or through the app. Formatting in the camera ensures the file structure is optimised for dashcam use. Formatting on a computer creates a different structure that can cause recording issues.
How often should I format the memory card?
We recommend formatting your memory card once a month. It takes about 30 seconds and helps prevent recording errors and corrupted files. Always back up any footage you want to keep before formatting, as the process clears everything on the card.
Does the camera automatically record over old footage?
Yes. All Divö cameras use loop recording, which automatically overwrites the oldest footage when the card is full. You never need to manually manage storage. Footage that has been locked by the G-sensor after an impact is protected and will not be overwritten.
Can I return a memory card after the order has been delivered?
No. Memory cards are not eligible for return due to data security and storage integrity reasons.

Is there free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs.3,990.
Can I return my Divö if I change my mind?
Yes. You can return any Divö product within 7 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, cables, mounts, and packaging included. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +91 88502 95631 or email support@divoindia.com with your order number and the reason for the return and we will arrange everything promptly.
Can I return an opened memory card?
Memory cards are not eligible for return due to data security and storage integrity reasons.
Can I exchange my Divö for a different model?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange subject to product availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
My order says delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?
Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 88502 95631 or email support@divoindia.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the courier and get back to you as soon as we have an update. We take these situations seriously and will not leave you without a resolution.
Divö Care and Warranty
What is Divö Care?
DIVÖ Care is our warranty and support program included free with every DIVÖ purchase. It covers eligible hardware defects and manufacturing faults for 12 months starting one day after your confirmed delivery date, and gives you access to real human support through WhatsApp and email. This is not a generic ticketing system where you wait weeks for a response. Full terms and conditions are available at divoindia.com/pages/divo-care
When does my warranty start?
Your DIVÖ Care coverage begins one day after your confirmed delivery date as reflected in your shipment tracking information. Coverage is activated automatically and does not require manual activation.
Do I need to register my product for the warranty to be active?
No. Your warranty activates automatically one day after delivery, regardless of registration.
How do I make a Divö Care claim?
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 88502 95631 or email support@divoindia.com with three things: your order number, the barcode from your product box, and a short video showing the issue. We will respond and resolve your claim. One claim is permitted per order number.
Will I get a refund or a replacement if my camera is faulty?
Within the 7-day return window, you can choose either a refund or a replacement. After 7 days and within the 12-month warranty period, Divö Care provides a replacement unit. We replace, we do not refund, after the return window has closed. The replacement will be a unit of equal or greater specification.
What is Divö Care Plus?
Divö Care Plus extends your coverage to 18 months total from your delivery date for Rs.990. It can be purchased at divoindia.com/divo-care at any point within the first 12 months of ownership. If you are happy with your Divö and want continued peace of mind beyond the first year, this is the cleanest way to get it.
Does the warranty cover accidental damage?
DIVÖ Care covers eligible hardware defects and manufacturing faults under normal usage conditions. It does not cover:
- Physical damage from drops, mishandling, or accidents
- Exposure to liquids or moisture
- Incorrect installation or electrical faults
- Damage caused by extreme heat exposure or excessively hot parked vehicle cabins
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage over time

Two-Wheeler Use
Can I use a Divö camera on a two-wheeler?
Not yet. We are working on a two-wheeler compatible solution and it is something we are genuinely excited about.
