When should I purchase Divö Care Plus?
Any time within the first 12 months of ownership. You do not need to buy it at the same time as your camera, though you are welcome to. Most customers purchase Divö Care Plus when they receive their month 11 reminder, but there is no reason to wait that long.
What does Divö Care Plus cover that my standard Divö Care does not?
Divö Care Plus does not change what is covered, it simply extends how long you are covered for. Everything included in your standard 12-month Divö Care, real human support, resolution guarantee, and replacement for hardware defects and manufacturing faults, continues for an additional 6 months. The same terms, the same team, six months longer. It does not apply to accessories.
Is Divö Care Plus worth it?
At Rs.990 for six additional months of coverage on a camera you rely on every single day, we think it is one of the easier decisions you will make. Electronics rarely choose a convenient time to develop a fault. Having coverage through month 18 means that if something does go wrong in the second year of ownership, you are not paying out of pocket for a replacement. Most customers who extend say they wish they had done it sooner.
